Attention Exhibitors!
The 2010 PaLA Annual Conference & Tradeshow will take place October 25 - 27, 2010 at the exciting, new Lancaster County Convention Center located in downtown Lancaster.
The Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) is the oldest and most diverse professional library association serving all types of libraries throughout the Commonwealth. For nearly 50 years, we have been successfully linking vendors and librarians during the PaLA Annual Conference.
Despite the current economic challenges, we expect to attract hundreds of attendees to the this new conference venue, offering them affordable registration fees, top-notch educational and networking opportunites and ease of travel -- all good reasons to attend this year's conference in Lancaster!

Concerned about ROI and need a few more reasons to exhibit? We've got a few....
- PaLA conference attendees visit the exhibit floor with the plans, budgets and authority to make purchases for their libraries. 2009 conference attendees indicated that they planned to spend an average of $253,442 on library products and services.
- 87% percent of attendees that responded indicated that they have input on purchases for their libraries, of these, 59% are the final decision makers.
- Booth space rental fees are very affordable -- we're returning to 2008 pricing!
- The exhibit floor is compact enough to allow for all booths to be easily seen and visited.
- No-conflict time has been built into the program schedule to allow attendees to visit the exhibits without the competition of other events.
- We have worked hard to develop programs that build traffic on the exhibit floor -- free "exhibits only" passes for vendors, Exhibit Raffle, meals and coffee breaks in the exhibit hall, to name a few.
- Pre- and post-show attendee mailing lists provided.
- Your company name listed on our Web site. List of exhibiting companies.
- and many more!
